About Me

In my work with clients, I bring my knowledge as a Family Physician and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. I also bring my life experience as a child of immigrants, mom, and human trying to navigate the systems we live within.

I believe that each person carries within them an inner wisdom. There is a beautiful self within each of us that tries to speak to us. In our work together, we can become more fluent in this conversation.

My work integrates mind, body, and story—recognizing that our symptoms, emotions, and relationships often reflect the ways we’ve learned to survive. While wise and useful, a time often comes when we want to transform survival strategies into a more sustainable way of living.

We also exist in relation to others and the systems around us. Together, we can explore how culture, community, personal history and the larger global historical context we live within influence your health and your sense of self.

I aim to be collaborative in my approach. I work best with people who are curious, reflective, and ready to take an active role in their own growth. Whether you are seeking clarity, relief, or a deeper connection to yourself and others, my role is to guide and accompany you on that path.
