  • Format: Online or In-person, small or large group. Session length 1.5h.

This interactive workshop introduces trauma-informed, healing-centered care through the lens of attachment and authenticity. Participants explore theories often absent from medical training—such as Somatic Experiencing and polyvagal theory—and their relevance to the development and healing of disease. Through guided reflection and discussion, trainees gain tools for self-awareness, resilience, and compassionate patient care. Past participants described the session as calming, eye-opening, and inspiring, with lasting impact on both personal growth and professional practice.

  • Format: Online or In-person, small or large group. Session length 1.5h.

Conflict is everywhere, yet few of us are taught how to approach it with awareness, compassion, and embodied tools for repair. This interactive workshop reframes conflict as an opportunity to build trust, practice consent, and work toward justice. Through engaging exercises, clear visuals, and group dialogue, participants explore vulnerability, hierarchy, and nonviolent approaches to conflict. Previous attendees described the session as highly collaborative, deeply relevant to their daily lives, and inspiring in its vision of healing-centered community.

  • Format: In-person, small group (10–20 participants). Session length 2h.

This workshop offers an interactive exploration of somatic awareness and self-regulation for healthcare providers. Participants learn to recognize what is happening in their own bodies during patient interactions and how that presence impacts the people they care for. Through guided practices and reflection, the session supports healthy ways of relating to difficult or nuanced emotions and sensations while fostering resilience and compassionate presence. Past participants described the experience as grounding, validating, and transformative—leaving with greater self-awareness, lasting regulation skills, and renewed hope for meaningful change in both their personal lives and professional practice.
